How do you continue playing fallout 3 game of the year addition with all the expasions all on the same CD after beating the purify water quest which cause you to beat the game and show the ending.?

If you have the GOTY edition, use the bonus disc to install the downloadable content. Then next time you actually start the game you should have the option to play the other content. They should latch on automatically.
This is for only xbox360, I'm not sure how it works for other systems.
