Replace the stock tail panel with a 68 thru 72 panel.Next swap gas tanks the 73 neck faces up above the bumper not downward like the 68 thru 72.The final step install a 68/72 rear bumper to finish it off.
No.
About 20 years.
Yes, they are.
I know that the 74 nova has what was called minor impact bumpers, and these were new in 74, the 73 didnt have the same set up, although the bumpers were the same on the outside, the 74 bumpers are alot heavier, front and rear. The 72 nova has the gas filler in the bumper, as the 73-4 has the gas filler in the taillight panel, you could still use the 72 bumper on the 74, but you couldn't use the 74 bumper on a 72.Not that you would want to. I have a 74 custom, but i never saw one with say 68-72 bumpers on it, but im pretty sure it could be done fairly easily.
Check the manual.
with the exception of the bumpers & bumper brackets they are identical
Not quite, the 74 Nova had provisions for the shock absorbing front bumper in the frame horns which the 67 Camaro did not have.
it works just like a light bub if u take it out and its broke or tuned black it doesn't work hope this helps
Looking at the bumper, you will see raised, chrome, dome shaped, bumps. These are actually bolts, with a nut on the back sides. Then, it will just lift off.
I used brackets from 72 nova did a little cutting and they worked.
As far as I know, there are 2 fuses boxes in a Holden Nova. One is under the bonnet near the front of the car, on the passenger side. The other is inside the car, on the side panel next to the accelerator (under the dash) - quite an inconvenient location
No, the brackets & everything are different since the body changed that year. The 73 has that wide strip between bumper & body so the curved sides longer to take up the gap. I think wheelbase also changed slightly. The 73/4 are the same.
