SFW(not to be related with SWF) was a proprietary format used by Seattle Film Works. There is still available for download a free program which will open sfw files, and will convert them to other formats, including jpeg and tiff.
You can converting a batch of sfw files to tiff format using IrfanView with no problem at all.
JPEG is a type of image. Mp3 is a type of audio. Its impossible to convert JPEG to Mp3. Try changing the end of the extension, say "House.jpeg" to "House.mp3".

If you have Photoshop or Lightroom installed just open that image in CameraRaw Photoshop plugin or in Lightroom and save or export image as JPEG, otherwise see related link and download software which allows you to convert raw images to jpeg.
Select tif file, which you want to convert, from your computer, Google Drive, Dropbox, or drag and drop it on the page. Then select jpeg or any other format, which you want to convert. Then wait till your conversion process will be completed and click download converted jpeg file.
A photograph cannot be made into a video. A JPEG is a format for graphics, mainly photographs, so it cannot be made into a video. Some video applications allow you to include pictures in them, but it is not really converting a JPEG into a video.
