A PDF to word conversion system is used to help you convert a PDF document into a word document. The word document can then be edited and saved as a new word document or PDF.
To convert a file from PDF to word, left click on the document (not opened but as a thumbnail) and select the option 'open as a word document' and then choose save as.
Unless you want to read the code that powers the database programme, you don't want to convert it to a document. You may, however, want to convert a database file to a document. Since the database file contains not only the data you want to retrieve, but embedded codes, you may be able to save the database file into a .TXT format. Then you can open it using Windows Notepad -- if you're working on a Windows operating system. This will give you the contents of the database data file.

First is to download a PDF-converter application, then secure your word processed document then convert it. Make sure the word processed document has been finalized because you cannot edit it if its converted into PDF.
You can't do it without external software. The easiest way to convert any document to PDF is to use a PDF printer. In this way you can print the document as normal, but rather than print to your default printer you choose the PDF printer device instead. The free PrimoPDF is a good choice here. Converting a Microsoft Word document to a video is more challenging as it's not entirely obvious how the conversion should be achieved. Possibly the simplest solution would be to convert your Word document into a PowerPoint presentation first, and then convert that to video.
A Word document cannot be converted into a video. They are completely different kinds of things. You can video a Word document and then use that video to show your document, but the Word document has not been converted into a video. To do anything with the document itself you would have to back to the original.
XMind has a facilty in it now to export to Word on a Mac.
