You don't. You can't. And why you would want to, is beyond me.
When you say WMM file, I can only assume you are speaking of a Windows Movie Maker file (which is actually a MSWMM file) that can only be opened/edited within the program itself. Therefore conversion is impossible.
Also, why would anybody want to convert a file of any type to a WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) which is a set of extensions to the Windows Driver Model that provides an operating system interface through which instrumented components provide information and notification.
If your WMI host is using up a lot of CPU then it might indicate malware. If this happens to you then you may be infected with Conduit.
WMM mix is produced by Well controlled Pug Mill type plant and the WMM material is Designed product and purpose of WMM is to resist water to reach upper DBM or DGBM layer.

The file format of a Dazzle video is not compatible with WMM. That's why you can't use it in the program. Convert the video to one of the following formats: asf, .avi, dvr-ms, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, and .wmv, and you will be able to import and use it in WMM.
You have to Publish/Finish/Save your WMM (Windows Movie Maker) video first before you can convert it to an .avifile.To Publish/Finish/Save your WMM project:> With your project in the Time-line view of WMM> Click on View and Tasks, to open the task pane> Under Publish to ---- (Windows Vista v2.6)> Under Finish Movie (Windows Xp v2.1)> Choose - This computer> Name the movie and select a destination to save it in> Click Next> Select option: Best quality for playback on my computer (recommended)> Click Publish or Finish (depending on your WMM version)Once the video is Published/Finished you can convert it to an .AVI using a video converter.
