you cant do it. An mx3 file is a file associated with a music-mixing program called "Mixcraft". You can possibly download that program and then upload your mx3 file into it and then convert it to mp3. You can download it here:

VGA is a standard for video only. You can purchase a scan converter to convert NTSC or PAL composite video to VGA from a computer supply store.

on many koz players on your computer you can transfer them to an audio CD... once on the audio CD you can then transfer them back to your computer by simply using windows media player... and they will come out in an mp3 format. little tedious but it works
