Your question is not clear. What are you converting from. Air guns are already .177 unless you have a larger barrel on them. In that case you just change the barrel to .177. If you are converting for "AIRSOFT" then it can not be done successfully.
No. a 177 is a 4.5mm pellet. A 5mm is a 20 cal pellet. A 5.5mm is a 22 cal pellet Don't try it in the wrong airgun.
See the Link Below and locate the owners manual for your airgun.
Crosman still makes replacement parts for this airgun. See the link below
Yeah eventually from lead poisioning! Not a good idea. Coyotes are to big for an air rifle.
If you are referring to the Crosman 1377 air rifle it can still be repaired by Crosman airgun. Contact Customer service at www.crosman.com.
Multiply liters by 0.01 to get hectoliters. (177 x 0.01 = 1.77 hectoliters)
177 cm = 5.81 feet (approx).
Your best bet is to go on-line and do a search for "Airgun repair" and locate a shop near you for repairs.
This all depends on your needs. FXAIRGUNS makes 10 different models in both .177 and .22 caliber. The .177 will be faster but the .22 will have more knockdown power. So it's really up to you, your needs and the cost. Remember, there is an additional cost of the hand pump or C02 tank.
You will have to experiment by shooting as many different types as you can find/afford. Weapons exhibit preferences for certain weights/brands.
