You can't. Adobe Flash and Microsoft Word are two entirely different types of programs - and thus have entirely different types of files.
If the video is a supported file format, from Flash, choose File > Import > Video and follow the prompts. There you can either embed the video directly into the file or load it as an external file. Once you have imported the video, drag it from the library onto the stage. If your video is not a supported file format, you will have to convert it first. Most likely, your copy of Flash came with Adobe Media Encoder, which you can use to convert your video file. I recommend using FLV or F4V for the best Flash support.
