Tell her you can't because you have to go to Another Country tomorrow then she won't give you any homework at all so that is how you can do that!
I'd start by learning to spell properly so you can convince the principal that you already know enough so that you don't need homework to learn.
Some teachers need to cover the material, and there would be one less day to cover the criteria if you didn't have homework over spring break. Other teachers assign it to keep kids busy and out of trouble.
Teachers assign homework to help you understand the material - so long as there are students who are having trouble in the class, there will be homework.
in my opinion i think teachers give way to much homework for a student to handle. There also comes a time when i think that teachers do this to students to prepare for the future at hand. Also, i play softball so i think that they should give students less homework in one day and give it another day.
There are no scientific studies, so no figures can be quoted
How much and the difficulty of a fifth grader's homework depends a lot on the teacher they have. So, if they are getting easy homework, it could be that the teacher has lower expectations or is less demanding than other teachers.
Having less work to grade would be great for the teachers - but not so good on the students because then they'd have to work harder to learn the material during school and would probably have to have longer school hours to make up for all the practice work they're missing with no homework.
It depends on where the kid lives or where his or her school is like. some schools give out less homework than others.
The question is a little confusing - what do you mean by "get homework later"? If you mean getting homework after they work, you'd think they'd be less likely to do more work on top of it.
It's actually the opposite - kids who do their work learn to be responsible adults who are less likely to become criminals.
Yes. Students need to study more, not be given so much work that they are so overly stressed that they cannot think. Okay uhhh, that's a no brainer. I am in middle school and i say heck yeah to less homework. none at all if possible. :)
