Hello! I am a kid also and it took me a REALLY long time to convince my mom but finally she gave in! Now I have my beautiful baby Lucy. Really, all I did was show her how responsible I am by doing chores and saving up a lot of money to pay for the dog. I also pet sat a lot to show her I knew how to take care of animals. The other thing I did was list all the good reasons to have a dog like having a friend etc. and then made arguments to the reasons why NOT to get a dog like cleaning up after the dog, training it etc. If your mom does say no DON'T whine and cry that just shows how irresponsible and immature you really are just say okay, walk away and ask again in a month.
