How do you convince your parents to buy you something?

Say that you will find it at as low a price as possible. If you are younger and it is slightly dangerous try to inform them how you will be responsible and what you will do with it.If your parents say no, dont beg and get into tears just say "OK" and walk off and ask them either later that day or in a few days time. If they keep saying no they mean it so DONT continue to ask them or they will get very annoyed!

However, you can always ask your parents any ways of increasing your chances of getting something, even if they say no, look for a job for your age group, 13-caddying, 14-etc. just do some research, and if your parents don't want you to get a job, remind them what you want, even if they say no, ask for it for a holiday, if they don't have money, save them money on other expenses, then let that come back to haunt them, just be persistent, but try not to be irritating

If they say lets talk about it you should have good reasons why you should have it and you should talk about it

Don't ask them when there are stressed or unhappy, act like u don't care if they say no, don't constantly ask for it, and don't whine or pout if they say no. If they say no the first time, ask them again later but not too soon. If they say they hav "no money" ask if u can get when they do and they can't say no cuz they hav the money there just too LAZY to go!! Well I don't know if these will help or not but they certainly helped me!! xD
