Manipulation is the best way. Here is a 3 step process to manipulating your parents:
1) Blow them away - Parents are always complaining about the laziness of their kids. Do something to surprise them. It has to be something that impacts them as well. Try cleaning out the garage, looking for something they are struggling to finish, offer to babysit your little brother or sister, and look for things to help out with (IE: Dishes, Cooking, Putting Away Groceries).
2) Don't ask for the game! - Parents are more likely to give you something that is questionable if they think it is their idea and that you have earned it. They have to believe that you are mature enough to handle the graphic violence and mature content. Mention the adds, and ask them if they could review it for you. This makes them believe that you are asking for their opinion and that it counts.
3) Go for the Kill! - You have now dazzled you parents into thinking you are a helpful, intuitive, and concerned about family matters. There is a small window of time before they figure out that once you have the game you will probably let the family dog starve to death before logging off. Stay charming, ask how their day was, ask their advice about girls or boys, ask for help with your homework. At some point during this interaction mention, in a subtle way, if they have had a chance to review the game. I guarantee they have not. They will however buy you the game since you have been patient and not demanding.
There you go, enjoy Black Ops. This will work if you do it correctly. Patience and control is the key to success.
beg and plead!
If you really want your parents to get you the season pass for Black Ops 2 , then try to behave well around the house by doing chores and things like that for a week. Your parents will surely buy you it.
