Tell them that it's your life and this is who you choose to be and that they have to live with it. If they can't accept the fact that you can be what you want to be carry on as you are and ignore them if they try to change you. I know it sound stupid but it works, it worked for me when I told them that I was emo. Sorry my advice isn't the best but hey ho. Its advice. Now its up to you if you take that advice or not. Good luck- @DanIsaPixel (twitter)
Hmmm....write a persuasive letter, maybe. Tell them that you will do your homework and act like a really polite kid for a week or so. Then, tell them it's safe and free, fun for kids, etc. But most importantly- tell them that you won't get obssesed AND on the contrary, won't be wasting THEIR attention and time while you play. Parents are always happy when you say that you won't be bothering them, keeping yourself busy.
Do not worry yourself excuse yourself at that moment. Look for a better opportunity to talk to her.
ima be a pro skater!!
Just do it yourself if you want it so bad...
well if your dating them then say that he needs to cut down on football and spend more timme with you, but dont get a friend to tell him, you tell him yourself. you just need to convinse him.
You don't. "Obey your parents, for this is right."- That's in the Bible. Eventually your parents may trust you enough.Just wait, and show yourself responsible. BE responsible.
You don't need to impress anyone - just be yourself.
Just explain to them on how your old enough and they need to be more reasonable and let you do what you want but say it out slowly
First of all: why would you want to sleep in the basement? Do you hate yourself or something!?
