The way I cook drumsticks... and my man loves it!... Put them in an oven proof dish (greased or sprayed with non stick spray). Then make a "sauce": Mayo, chutney, soup powder (brown onion works well, but you can use whatever you like), salt and pepper and some worchestershire sauce. Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake at 180 deg C for 30 min, turn drumsticks over, and cook for another 30 min.
