Well this is a vague question.
To be specific I am writing some possible answers:
1) Copy contents of your CD and paste it to your Hard Disk
2) Use Nero, Alcohol or any other software to make ISO files for your CD and store it in your Hard Disk
Hope this will solve your query.
Yes You Can But does your CD drive copy CD's if it does than yes if no then no.
Unless you have a dual CD drive system, you will have to copy [rip] the 1st CD onto your hard drive, then copy [burn] those files onto the blank CD. If you have a dual drive system, insert the 1st CD into the read only drive and the blank into the CD-RW drive and transfer the data.
No, you can copy them on to your hard drive and then burn them to another disk.
Only if you copy them.
To copy karaoke CDs to an external hard drive, first, insert the CD into your computer's CD drive. Use a program like Windows Media Player or iTunes to rip the audio tracks from the CD to your computer, selecting the desired format (e.g., MP3). Once the tracks are ripped, connect your external hard drive, and simply drag and drop the files from your computer's music library to the external drive. Make sure to safely eject the external hard drive after the transfer is complete.
Once you save data to a CD and burn the disk you must open the file(s) that you want and re-save them to your hard drive. Then you can make changes to the files. To save them to a CD again you will have to copy them to a fresh CD and burn that CD to save the files there.
Assuming you only have 1 CD drive, you will need copy the data to your hard disk (or possibly a flash drive), remove the original disk from the CD drive, put the blank in, and burn the data that you copied to your hard disk.
If you are talking about copying a CD into your hard drive, then please Ctrl+A (select all option), please Ctrl+C (copy) and press Ctrl+V (paste) to an appropriate location onto your hard drive.
You can copy files to a hard drive, floppy drive, or some other kind of removable drive. You even can copy files to a CD or DVD drive if you are using re-writable media.
