Well if you use a mac, go into your Music folder and copy the iTunes Folder. On a PC I don't know, but I guess it should be on a similar folder.
Garageband is your own music. You are making your own music. If you mean someone else's music, you can copy music from Itunes when you create a new song. Select + (Create new song) and then Copy from iTunes at the Song selection page.
you can connect the computers together and use "migration assistant, and tell it to transfer all of the music or what i usually do is open up the music files, copy and paste them onto an external hard drive, or send them over a wifi connection, or just somehow get the music files from the first mac to the 2nd mac, and then once you're on the new mac, go into itunes and choose to import the music files.... \ but to just get the music from one mac to another, i would copy and paste it onto a flashdrive or something of the sort
because your music is saved on the old computer. You are logging in to your iTunes store account so you can continue to purchase music. This is separate from the music you already have in your iTunes library. you will need to copy your existing music library from the old computer to the new computer to access it with the new iTunes software.
If you have a Mac and you are getting a new Mac then the Migration Assistant will automatically copy all your stuff onto the new Mac. (See links below)
Keep a master file of all your music in a separate folder. Copy and paste the music you want into the iTunes library, you can use iTunes to sync to your device and create playlists. When adding new music be sure to place the new music into the master file first then copy to iTunes.
With a mac so first you plug you iPod into you mac then you make a folder and drag all of your music from your ipod into that folder then you drag the folder with the music in it onto itunes and it should begin to import all of the songs. For an easier solution, try TouchCopy. It lets you copy songs from any iPod or iPhone to your PC or Mac hard drive or straight into iTunes. If you copy the iPod music into iTunes, you just need to re-sync your iPod to add all your old and new music to it.
log into your Itunes acount and they should transfer over, or drag the music folder to your new mac using migration assistant.
AnswerInstall on second computer and then look for backup or export in the FAQ section of the itunes website. Or you could go to the old computer and then put the folder named 'iTunes' on a CD-ROM, USB stick or external hard drive then put it on your new computerHere is a video tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NcX2de0dGZw on how you can transfer your iTunes library to a new laptop.
You can keep separate libraries for different music within a single copy of the iTunes software. Hold down the option (alt) key when you launch iTunes and you will have the option to create a new library.
Log-in in to your iTunes account on your new Mac and then sync as normal. You'll be asked if you want to copy stuff from your iPhone to Mac (which you probably want to do) and then you should be able to continue as normal. Remember to authorize your new Mac with your iTunes account as well.
You cant just send them to it. you need a computer that has itunes and have both ipods on the same account and then plug in the old ipod to the computer and copy the songs to itunes then plug in your new ipod and copy your music to the ipod
