Your phone carrier has a machine that allows syncing from one device to another.
put your old Sim from your old phone into your blackberry and it will come up with settings and then it will say: do u want to copy contacts?, u click yes and its all done. ( make sure all your contacts were saved on your Sim before on your old phone)
copy them to the simand then to the other phone it cane be done after "marking" all of your contacts and then selecting copy to sim and on the blackberry you just import them from the sim card
Plug your Blackberry into your computer and it should come up with Blackberry desktop software. Click on that, then copy and paste/drag and drop music onto the music file listed in media. I do this via Macbook and Blackberry 9300 but i shouldn't think its any different.
Connect it to your computer and go on nokia PC suite
The easiest way - would be with a suitable USB cable. Connect the Blackberry tothe computer - It should recognise the phone as 'an external mass-storage device'. From your blackberry ,copy all your contacts to your sim card. Then remove the sim from your bnlackberry and put it inside the iphone. On your iphone do the import sim contacts. Move your trackpad cursor to the start of the text you want to copy, press the BB button and find copy. Go to wherever you want to paste, press the BB button, find paste! Based on a BlackBerry Curve 8520.
I don't know which blackberry you have but mine is a blackberry curve 9300 and on that I just click the blackberry button and then click select text. I then click on the blackberry button again and click on start selection and highlight the broadcast. I then click on the blackberry button again and go onto new broadcast message then I click the blackberry button again and go on paste and it comes up.

right now i have a blackberry curve 8520 and i just plug my phone into the computer/laptop using USB and i load up the internet twice i go on a website on google yt to mp3 converter convert me mp3 and it has categries like mp3 mp4 and volume high medium or low i click medium and mp3 i load up youtube aswell and i copy the link of the song i want while it is still playing on youtube aka yt and i copy it on yt converter and i click convert then i save as into my blackberry>music and well there you go

connect the data cable to the computer and copy all contacts from the folder which has it
