First it has to be decided if that really is a native American name, and if so - which language?
According to those totally unreliable "name meaning" websites produced in the USA, Keezheekoni is an Ojibwe (Chippewa) name meaning "burning fire"; or a Cheyenne name meaning "burning fire"; or an Ojibwe (Chippewa) name meaning "fire burns brightly".
Clearly the word can not be both Cheyenne and Ojibwe; although those two languages are both classed as Algonquian and therefore distantly related, they share no identical words.
The Cheyenne verb meaning "it is burning" is e-o'hase or e-exo'ase and fire is ho'esta. Clearly the idea that keezheekoni is a Cheyenne name is garbage.
Similarly, the Ojibwe word for "fire" is ishkwade, iskode, ishkode and variants; "it burns" is jaagide. There is no word in Ojibwe (Chippewa) that looks anything like Keezheekoni.
So, without knowing which (if any) native language is involved, it is likely that the name Keezheekoni is an invented, fictional, non-native name that can be pronounced any way you like.
