There were 3 different ways to count years according to the bible. the first was Gods way which used ( I believe ) lunar cycles. Then the Jews went to solar cycles. and finally there was a monk names Gregory who put us on our current callender called the gregorial callender. But to answer your question, or rather the answer is that they are the same. In other words it takes the same amount of time each year for the earth to revolve around the sun. it doesn't matter if we use 29.5 days per month or 30 days per month or our current system. they as well as we must add a day every 4 years and call it leap year in order to stay in tune with our seasons and they simply added a whole month to stay in tune. that is why we have the account of 150 days spoke of in genesis 8-3 as the time before the flood waters began to subside and then clues to 153 days of judgment Jesus gave by the fish they pulled into shore. Rev 9-5 and 9-10 speaks of these 5 months and we know them as 153 days. God knew the callender of old and our callender both are speaking of the same event but one has 3 extra days in it. Gen 7 -24. we have another clue to our 365.242199 days per year when God took alive into heaven, enoch at his young age of 365 years old. If when your reading The Bible and something seams odd obout the timing of something said or appears to contradict something else written, its allmighty GOD himself trying to get your attention. So read read and then read some more. and pray to God for understanding. God gives we cannot attain it of our own free will so pray for it because the day is at hand.

That's not hard to find out. Just take your Bible and count them. They are pretty easy to count. If you have no Bible, you shouldn't even be asking this question I think. The first question should be "where can I buy a Bible?"

Is there such thing as in Count Dracula?

No. Count Dracula died several hundred years ago. A few years ago they realized they had forgotten to put a wooden stake in his heart when they buried him. When they opened up his grave, he was not in it. Still people are sure he is dead. So if you visit Romania you don't really need to take a Bible with you and wear a cross.
