count.
Used as a mass noun, "email" has no plural. However, it can be used as count noun in informal writing. In that case the plural is "emails". (In formal writing "email messages" should be used instead of "emails".) Examples of the mass noun: John received email / much email Examples of the count noun: Peter received an email / 5 emails / many emails In this respect "email" is comparable to "wine", which can be used as a count noun as well, for example in "5 French wines".

To count how many different central angles a circle has, count how many different numbers there are between zero and 360. Include all of the possible fractions. You should discover that the number is very big.
I assume you mean e-mail addresses. I don't believe there is a central registry where you can get accurate data. There are surely billions, if not more. There are many people - especially poor people - who don't use Internet at all; but on the other hand, many people have several e-mail addresses, for different reasons. Spammers create lots of fake (or one-time-use only) addresses; perhaps millions a day - so the question is, do you want to include those in your count. But even if you count only email addresses that are still active, there are probably several billions.
A count variable is a type of quantitative variable that represents the number of occurrences of a particular event or item. It is typically a non-negative integer, meaning it can take values of 0 or higher. Count variables are often used in statistical analyses to model data where the outcome is based on the frequency of events, such as the number of customers visiting a store or the number of times an event occurs within a specific time frame. Examples include the number of cars in a parking lot or the number of emails received in a day.
