I have a disease known as Restless Leg Syndrome. It causes my right leg to jump apparently spontaneously every 20 seconds unless I have taken enough medicine to quell the cyclic events. The medicine I take is called pramipexole. Before bedtime I take about three milligrams of pramipexole in pill form by mouth. As I begin to awaken after sleeping, my right leg jumps autonomously every twenty seconds until I get up and am fully awake. At that time, the jumping apparently stops. I can also get some relief from this disease by walking about until my legs are tired, requiring about 20 to minutes of steady walking. If I don't either walk or take a sufficient amount of pramipexole, the leg-jumping occurs as I begin to fall asleep, and the movement is so violent that it awakens me, after which the jumping is again delayed until I am again almost asleep, when it recurs. This pattern of apparently spontaneous muscle spasm is so regular that it keeps the sufferer (i.e., me) awake for hours until I am so sleep deprived that I can fall asleep in spite of the action of my leg.
So here is the question: What is the activity in the brain that occurs every 20 seconds in periods of quasi-wakefulness or near sleep? What brain activity during sleep occurs with such perfect regularity? Is this a demonstration of biorhythm in the form of a disease?
The timer object or any object derived from a timer object. However, you can also create your own objects with a tick event. How that event is actually triggered is entirely up to you.
Homepage can be created using HTML or various other languages. <table> can be used to create tabular format in HTML.

If one can count it or measure it, if there is a date attached to it or even if there is not, chances are there is a countdown on the net. There are countdowns for everything from when the 5 billionth app for Apple will be written to the birth of the new Royal in England. There are countdowns to graduation. There are countdowns to retirement. It seems as if there is a countdown for every event.
