How do you create a fairy that has membership if i lost my other one in pixie hollow world?
If your account had membership, but not anymore & your fairy disappeared due to lack of activity, you would have to make another fairy & buy new membership.
If you lost your fairy due to in-activity, but your account still has membership. Then the new fairy you create will be a member.
But there is no way to get your old fairy back.

Is pixie hollow only in America or other countries too?
Pixie hollow is available in other countries, but does not have any of the features of the American version. All you can do is create a fairy.

There r three ways. You can buy it online, ( just press create a fairy then click membership then click down and it will say membership card ) you can get it from wal-mart, or toys r us. ( sometimes i find the cards at other stores 2 )

If you live in the UK and you want to buy a membership for the U.S.A Pixie Hollow, you can only buy it with a credit card. They don't sell the cards out of the U.S.A. If you are talking about getting a membership on the UK version of Pixie Hollow. You can't (yet anyways.) The UK version is simply a guest site along with the other country versions. It is possible that in a few years the UK site will become like the US Pixie Hollow we have today.

You MUST buy your own membership. Using other users accounts is illegal unless they gave you such permission. Pixie Hollow Online is now closed.
Why can't you go back to the old Pixie Hollow when you could delete fairy's and make three fairy's?
Unfortunately Disney has taken these options from the site, but you can still make three fairies and delete them on the other country versions.

But membership is not very expensive! Save up your money, and ask your parents! It is well worth it.
