How do you create a fairy that has membership if i lost my other one in pixie hollow world?
If your account had membership, but not anymore & your fairy disappeared due to lack of activity, you would have to make another fairy & buy new membership. If you lost your fairy due to in-activity, but your account still has membership. Then the new fairy you create will be a member. But there is no way to get your old fairy back.
Is pixie hollow only in America or other countries too?
Pixie hollow is available in other countries, but does not have any of the features of the American version. All you can do is create a fairy.
Why can't you go back to the old Pixie Hollow when you could delete fairy's and make three fairy's?
Unfortunately Disney has taken these options from the site, but you can still make three fairies and delete them on the other country versions.

How do you find out other fairies' homepages in pixie hollow?
Simply click on a fairy when flying around. From here, you will see their profile. On the bottom of the info list, whether badges, likes and dislikes, or games, the 'address' will be given. Click on it and it will take you to this fairy's homepage. Do this with any fairy, including yourself. There are two ways to look at your own homepage: (1.) When logged in, select the fairy you want (or if only one fairy, skip to "Single Fairy Steps") and at the bottom it will list two buttons. One says "Play", and the other says "Pixie Page". Select "Pixie Page" on the fairy of your choice. You will be redirected to the homepage. Single Fairy Steps: If you only have one fairy, it will say "Welcome back, [fairy name]!". At the bottom it will list two buttons. Select "Pixie Page" and you will be redirected to the page. (2.) (works for both single fairy accounts and extra fairy accounts) When in the game, double click your fairy/sparrow man and you will be given his/her profile. At the bottom of it, it will have the 'address' for your pixie's homepage. Click it and you will be redirected to the page.
