WHAT!? Oh well... You can save by pressing START in your game boy or DS. Then you'll see SAVE then go there and there you'll be saving.
Note: Don't turn the DS/Gameboy off until its done saving or your file will be erased.

To createa text file in Windows XP or any version of XP, open any word processor or text editor and create your file. Once you create your file, save it with the .TXT contention to save it as a text file.

As you are creating and other files but software must have ability to save file as .ico Photoshop can not save files in this format.

Use Photomerge command from File > Automate > Photomerge to create panorama then save as JPEG from File > Save As or Save for Web & Devices.
Just save it in format zou want, you can do that from File - Save , Save as, Save for Web and Devices
