To make a wattpad account you must first make sure you have a working email address. Once you have an email address you can go to wattpad and on the top of the screen should be a label saying "Join now/Sign in", click on Join now. Then make up a user name and a password, retype the password and put in your birth date (must be older than the age of 13) and agree to the terms. After you click on the button that says Join than go to your email inbox to activate your account and sign in with your username and password and you are good to go.
