One way to warn people is to have buoys out at sea with a Richter scale in and that transmits to a computer and that send that to the news which tells people when the tsunami is coming and gives people to evacuate to the hills. they also use some way to contact a very alarge amount of people or citizans in any country or nearby state.

We can educate children on disaster mitigation at school, educate adults and the elderly through talks, leaflets and mock disaster activities.
