To cross the water and get to the beach, you have to do the shoemaker's mission and earn about 100 rings. Then head over to the shop and buy a light stream or light chip thingy. Head to the long line of rings and press and old down the X or what ever button on the left side there is until you reach the mirror. Be careful, Wave Beach is MUCH harder. Come back if you have a question on the first boss, Wave Beach, Dusty Desert, or Silver Boss!
