That person is way off, i know this is a real disorder because i suffer with it as well. The only to to sufficiently heal yourself of this is to see a therapist who specializes in sexual concerns or to see a couples therapist with your boyfriend/spouse. I understand the fear you feel towards sex, i know it's hard, but you aren't at a loss.
