The best thing to do is just to make sure the cage is placed somewhere quiet. Don't take them out and handle them for a couple of days. Make sure they have fresh food and water, but other than that, let them rest.

Therefore no fall, no concussion. Since hamster's can't puke or anything, it's hard to tell. If your hamster is kind of out of it, not walking straight, disoriented, it just might have a concussion. However, you should take your hamster to the vet. They probably won't charge you anything if they don't do anything besides diagnose, so don't worry about the cost. Either way simple hamster procedures (sorry, I couldn't think of another word. I mean like putting on a little cast kinda of idea) only cost $50 or less. I don't think that they'll be needing to do any of that, they'll just give you any advice if your hamster does have a concussion. Best of luck with that,
