I woke up 2day with the worst rash caused by waxing ! first i plucked the white heads and washed the area then i spread baby powder on it (i know its wierd but its really good) then i removed the powder and iced the area then i rubbed some baby rash cream , and spread baby powder again .
the good news is ithe rash is way much better than this morning but it took a few hours.
i donno wich of the things above helped curing the rash so try all of what i did :)

If the rash is an allergic reaction to the waxing, using hydro-cortisone cream will help relieve any bumps or itching. If the rash is caused by ingrown hairs (which you notice in due time after the initial wax) then the best way to rid of and prevent further ingrowns is to exfoliate the skin 2-3 days post-waxing. Exfoliate all month with either a gentle, topical salicylic or glycolic acid solution) or manual grit (like a sugar scrub or washcloth). Ingrown hairs are especially common along the bikini line.
