An S600, either W220 or W221 chassis did not come with SBC. If you have a car that does however, I'm assuming you mean while doing service on the brakes, just unplug the big connector at the SBC unit. Plug it bacck in when you are done.
All Mercedes model cars should only use synthetic DOT4 brake fluid
The year, make, model and what you have done to the brake system so far would help.
If you have anything other than brake fluid in the line, then the whole system has to be flushed. Use fresh brake fluid and you can blow the system with air pressure then bleed with the d.o.t. specified fluid for your model.
Brake caliper repair kits are prepackaged parts for either the front or rear bake system in regards to your unique make and model of automobile. The brake caliper houses the brake pads and are fitted over the rotor in the brake system. When these housings need to be replaced, a kit for this repair is the most convenient way to reestablish a properly maintained brake system.
There is brake fluid in the lines of a braking system. The type of brake fluid may be different dependent on the year, make and model of the vehicel.

I don't know what model year you own, but on my 09, it says that the clutch system is does not have its own fluid, but is tied into the brake system and its fluid. That makes sense to me, seeing that clutch fluid is merely brake fluid.
The most expensive model of Mercedes is the Mercedes Benz SLS AMG which was produced since 2010 and is a top luxury car. It is mostly sold in the USA.
