first just try being a friend to her then when she sees the good in you and there's an awesome movie that's coming out ask her on a date and if she still says no then just say that you understand and when shes free sometime she will remember that good friend that she should of gone after. but if your not that kind of person then say just as friends and maybe later we can go on a walk or grab a bite to eat. then when she finds that she has fun with you than you got yourself a girlfriend.
