you should talk to them about how you feel try and help them with cleaning and stuff and make them less stressed if that doesn't work then if your getting physically abused and your a child then call childrens helpline or tell your aunt uncle or mum if your dad is drunk or dad if mum is drunk I'm sorry i know how you feel
