How do you deal with an old best friend which you now hate but she doesn't give up after you've already told her you don't want to be her friend anymore?

Well, just tell your old best friend that you just can't deal with them anymore and that you have moved on. But say it nicely, because people are more likely to understand if you are nice about it. Friends grow apart and that's okay. I'm sure she won't be happy about it, but she will get over it too. If she doesn't listen just kind of ignore her until she gets the point. Telling someone that you don't want to be their friend anymore is hard, but it is something that happens.
