There are many different kinds of remarks which might be considered religious. For example, since Christmas is a Christian holiday, anyone wishing you a Merry Christmas is making a (mildly) religious remark. But such a remark is clearly harmless and should be taken as what it is, a gesture of friendliness. On the other hand, if someone demands to know what church you go to, or complains about your failure to attend church, that is an unwarranted intrusion into your personal life and your own freedom of religion (which includes the freedom to be irreligious). I have sometimes told people, if you would like to discuss religious issues we can do so after work. I was not taken up on that offer. (But if I was, it is possible that an interesting discussion might have resulted.) If someone is persistently offensive, you can complain to the company management that you are being harassed. And if that doesn't work it becomes a human rights issue, for which you can file a lawsuit. But that is an extreme measure, which you should resort to only if everything else fails.
One way to deal with difficult co-workers is to try and ignore their remarks. You do not want to let know they affect you, it will just make it worse.

The answer is simply yes. Spontaneous remarks, slips of the tongue, and Fruedian slips all refer to the same thing. According to Freudian psychology, spontaneous remarks and certain types of humor can reveal what lies within the unconscious mind. What is more important when it comes to the unconscious are dreams; which carry a great deal of information from the unconscious mind.
Most people who earn a religious studies degree will work in churches or synagogues and deal with the public. Requirements can range from bachelor's to doctoral degrees. Ministers and missionaries are not the only people who need to take religious studies. Counseling and teaching positions can be obtained with a religious studies degee. Many schools offer assistance with tuition and insurance for students pursuing religious studies.

It is not an idiom. It means "do not ignore the remarks." Remarks are things that are said, and someone wants you to stop ignoring them.
