Well they have a special cream, as like an eye conceler, that can blend in the areas that offer the vitiligo. I had a Russian boyfriend, who it seems to strike more, that had it- the sun is a bad thind- it darken the non effected area and causes a paler look to the affected area. You should have no anxiety or such a common ailment. I will look for the (many years ago) items make just for vitiligo, bUt it is waht makes you special- don't see it as a negative, but a positive- we only have one chance in this time frame- be greatful for all that you have that is healthy, happy and makes you as special; as I know you are!
