The transmission serial number on a Honda Odyssey is located on the side of the transmission stamped on a tag. This is important when ordering replacement parts or completing repairs.

Look on the side of the transmission housing. There will be a manufacturer tag on either the right or left side of the transmission. That will give you the manufacturer and serial number/model number of your transmission
Engine serial number is on the rear of the engine top left side. Illustration appears to be on the flange that bolts to the transmission.
It should be just above the oil pan on either side.
