It's actually fairly simple, you just need arrow and a few fairies. Once the entire entrance has been done, head to the triforce on the floor, have your bow out. Look at the paintings on the wall, when he runs out of it, shoot him with it, it takes 2 hits with the arrows to get rid of his horse. After that, he comes out to fight you, stay away and give yourself some space, he will attack you with your lance, don't let him get that close. He will throw a lightning kind of ball at you, hit it back with your sword, once you hit him with it, go in and attack him. Continue this until you defeat him. (If Ocarina of Time)

To Beat phantom you must get to ganon's tower by having the Master sword to full power and battle him like you did in the Forstaken Fortress, To beat Puppet ganon you must keep striking that eyeball with the light arrows then on the last part Puppet ganon will try to Land on you, you will see the shadow of Puppets ganon and get out of the way then strike his tongue repeat this a few times to defeat him. The actual ganondorf is Finale keep striking ganon with your master sword then on the final part Zelda will tell you that she will aim for your shield with the light arrows deflect the arrow at ganon then prarry attack him then you did it
