Well, if you mean to the champion's (Cynthia's) room of the Pokemon League, just beat the Elite Four. If you have Action replay you can SKIP the Elite Four. Use the walking anywhere code. The door on the other side of each roon you can now walk through (it looks closed but trust me) If you mean the second Elite Four person just beat the first person, Aaron (HE IS SO SIMPLE). Be warned, though. The second elite four member is pretty difficult is you started with a Chimchar (I learned the hard way, I picked chimchar as my starter).

Number 9 is Empoleon and again if you picked Piplup as your starter Pokemon then you have to level it up to level 36 to make it evolve into its final form, Empoleon. If you didn't pick Piplup as your starter Pokemon then a trainer on Victory Road has it in their party. Number 19 is Luxary and you can level up your Shinx to make it evolve into Luxio and then level it up again to make it evlole into Luxary. If you don't want to do this then Volkner, the Sunyshore City Gym leader has Luxary in his party. Number 22 is Alakazam and you would have to trade with someone that has a Kadabra as when you trade Kadabra and it gets to you it will evolve into Alakazam. If you can't do this then you their is a trainer on Victory Road who has it in their party.
