first you do (Ctrl+shift+C) then the cheat bar will pop up then type in:testingcheatsenabled true then hold down Shift and click on the sim you want to delete then it will disappear (this also works on objects and houses).

∙ 13y agoThere are two answers for this question , depending on the phrase you use it in.
To delete an actual Sim , you can either kill them (buy not feeding them, toiletry needs , etc) or move them into another house and befriend them or to delete them off the entire game , type in ctrl- shift-c at the same time and type in testingcheatsenabled true -copy and paste that if you need to, then type in moveObjects in the cheat box and press enter. Go to build/buy mode on your game. You can now click on your sim and delete it.
(thats to delete a sim on sims 2 and 3).
