Only certain users are able to delete questions. At this time, it is not possible for any user except those chosen few to delete questions completely from the site. Questions are not deleted often, nor are they meant to be.
However, we do have a process for bad/inappropriate questions. If you think a question qualifies for deletion, place it in the "catch-all category" or notify a supervisor.
If you are a supervisor and think a question needs to be deleted (see catch-all and trashing guidelines), simply trash the question completely. It will then be reviewed and possibly deleted.
