How do you delete a reference to yourself in answers?

If you mean someone has named you in their answer to a question - you can simply edit the answer. If it's a question involving reference to you - you can ask a supervisor of the category where the question is placed to change the question.

You simply copy the URL of the question that has your information and send it in a message to any supervisor - you can send it to me and I'll look at it and delete your personal information and see if I can figure out who's put it there and talk to them as well.
