Depends on the system you play on. I know on PS3 go into your saved data on XMB and delete it from there
Go to the PDA > scroll to system > scroll to delete save and then choose which one of the 2 game files you wish to delete.
GO TO EDIT PROFILE AND SCROLL DOWN TO MUSIC AND DELETE THE CODE AND SAVE ALL CHANGES
You have to delete each scroll seperately. Under settings it'll have the difficulty and then the option to delete the save data. (: Just figured it out myself!

It will autosave at key moments. However, if you would like to save in between, press the start button on your control pad. It will be one of your top options. Scroll to save, press the green A button, scroll to the desired save option and press the green A button again.
Yes. Skyrim has an infinite save system. Creating a new game will create a new file, leaving your previous one there. When you start playing that newly created one, the old save files will be pushed to the bottom of the list. So simply scroll down until you see your old character and choose the file you want to continue that playthrough.
To delete a save file and start a new game you have to hold up, select and then B and you will be given the option to delete your previous save file.
Simply go to a previous save
