Your best bet is to kill them. The easiest way is to hold down shift+ctrl+c and the cheat bar will appear. Then, be the sim and make them go swimming. Then buid a wall around the pool and click on your sim's needs. Click and drag the hunger bar all the way down, and they will drown. Then, when the grave appears, you can sell it and POOF bye bye forever(:
