You really can't delete all traces unless you are a computer expert. It takes going into the server.
You cannot delete all traces of an intercepted e-mail unless you know who intercepted it, where all the copies are, and can gain access to actually delete all those copies. Although every router stamps its presence upon every datagram passing through it, the information is easily forged upon interception. Even if you could identify the interceptor, there's simply no way to determine how many copies have been made.

You have to delete each address manually. You cannot delete all by one click. You have to login in each and then delete.

It depends on what email service you are currently using. Normally there is a tab somewhere around the top left which you can click to bring up all bulk/spam email, then select all, and delete.
all you do is go to settings and bring te screen down until you see email and a couple other words. click (hit) on it. you either click edit, or you click (hit) delete.
