There are two different ways to delete apps from Cydia.
The first way is to go into your Cydia app and tap the Manage tab at the bottom of your screen. Next select Packages. Choose the package (app) you wish to delete. Once the package is selected tap on Modify in the upper right hand corner and choose Remove.
The second way, which is much easier, is to go into your Cydia store and search for CyDelete. Install CyDelete and it will allow you to delete (uninstall) Cydia apps from you home screen just like any other app.
Note: CyDelete does not put a icon on your home screen.
