No u cant. They r called built in for a reason
You cannot delete built in apps.
The same way you delete apps on any IOS device. Hold down the icon till it wiggles, and then press the X in the corner of the icon. Note that you cannot delete the core apps that came with the iPad.
Delete the app and re-install.
To delete applications you have to click and hold on an application until they begin to shake then you can select the delete button.

Your iPod will not delete apps on its own. You must delete the apps yourself.
Go to settings an go all the way down to iCloud then clear things on that.Also delete songs tht u dot need and delete apps if u don't play them or use them. Another thing u can do is put ur apps in folders
