To delete a privacy report, navigate to the section where your reports are stored, typically found in your account settings or privacy settings. Look for an option labeled "Privacy Reports," "Activity Reports," or similar. Select the report you wish to delete and choose the delete option, which may be represented by a trash can icon or a delete button. Confirm the deletion when prompted to permanently remove the report.
That depends on the browser, but in general, you delete "privacy settings". Look around in your browser. In Firefox 13, for example, you go to "Options", "Privacy", click on "clear your recent history", click on "Details" and select the privacy options you want to delete.
Go to the Pokemon Center and go to the PC and select the Pokemon that you want to get rid of, and choose release. If the Pokemon is in your party, move it into the box of the PC, and then again choose release. :)
Go to a PC in any Pokemon Center and in when you are in /withdraw/deposit/move when you press A to do something one of the options is release.
