First off, the disk must be a rewritable disk.
In order to delete a song, you must erase the disk. This will erase the entire contents of the CD and require you to re-burn the disk as you want it.
CD-ROM stands for Read Only Memory. You cannot delete anything from READ ONLY MEMORY.

unfortunatly there is no way to delete songs from the iPod touch itself to delete songs you need to do it through iTunes.
