first connect phone to pc.second run phone explorer and delete default tones .
Cellular One ringtones can be downloaded to your mobile phone from many websites online. Some websites where these ringtones could be obtained are FreeRingtones, Cellular Factory, and Cellular One Online.

I don't know how long it takes, but i do know why it is taking so long.* If it takes longer than 5 minutes you may have way to many ringtones from that user/website. Try to DELETE some ringtones that you may not use.
On a MicroSD card, the my_sounds folder IS the my ringtones. On a phone, it won't let you move songs to ringtones.
1.go to TOOLS 2.then goto MANAGER here you can find all applications installed in your MOBILE PHONE you can delete them from OPTIONS........
